Power Wash & Exterior Technician - Rockville, MD

 

Job Description: Immediate Hiring. We are seeking dependable and motivated Power Wash Technician to join our team on a part time basis. In this role, you will perform a variety of exterior maintenance tasks to enhance the appearance and longevity of homes and businesses. This includes pressure washing decks, patios, siding, brick, concrete, gazebos, fences, and wooden furniture, as well as assisting with driveway sealing and other exterior projects. Work is typically done independently or in small teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently use exterior cleaning equipment, tools, and products.

  • Perform pressure washing and other exterior maintenance tasks on homes and commercial properties.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their exterior care needs.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and safety in every project.

  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns as they arise.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance, or similar hands-on work (power washing experience preferred)

  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to pass a background check​
